Assuming that's the case here for grins, what do we learn from this?

Possibly:

# 15% of support from white men (50/50 split between middle aged and young men with no older white guys). White guys will have no visible power in the forthcoming administration (but left in the background where they might have access to some strings).

# 69% of support from women (50/50 split between whites and minorities). Token support from old white women. The women will appear to be the main power brokers, though some black women will be pushed off to the side.

# 15% of support from minority men (black and MAYBE Hispanic - hard to tell). The male position will mirror that of the white men, but not as prominent and some will feel pushed to the side.

Bush opines that he does not believe that anyone lied, but that the assessment made was off. He doesn't excuse it. But he does point out that intelligence agencies all over the world made the same assessment as the United States.

He criticizes those in Congress who now run from their votes.
